About this store

Hovering Hexes is operated by A&B1 and hosted on Shopify. These terms apply to the use of this storefront and purchases made through it. Contact support@hoveringhexes.com with questions.

Product information and orders

Review the selected product, color, quantity, delivery address, and order total before submitting an order. Product colors may appear different depending on lighting and screen settings. Prices and availability may change before you place an order.

Payments and shipping

Available payment methods, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are shown at checkout. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and do not offer international shipping. See our Shipping policy for details.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return window from delivery and provide seller-paid prepaid return labels. See our Returns and refunds policy for the process.

Product use and care

The D20 lamp is a display item, not a rolling game die. Follow the setup and care instructions, including the magnet and power cautions. Contact us if setup assistance is needed.

Privacy and acceptable use

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent information. These terms do not limit consumer rights under applicable law.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. For questions about an existing order, contact support@hoveringhexes.com.
